Sheep ranching was the area's largest agricultural endeavor. Photo by Martyn Mallory. Two men with a specimen Panama sheep and Border Collie. The Panama breed was started by James Laidlaw on the ranch now owned by the Flat Top Sheep Company Sheep are grazing at the base of the kilns. This photograph was taken in the old town site of Muldoon. The kilns in the background were used in the mining industry. Today only the foundations of the kilns and some of the walls remain.
